Product Support
To ensure a smooth start-up, technical support is provided by your Country Innovation and Supply OMS installer free for the first 30 days. Free technical support is for standard Country Innovation and Supply OMS installs.
Annual support agreements are available and include technical support, free maintenance releases, and notification of major upgrades. The support agreements can be purchased directly from your Country Innovation and Supply OMS installer or distributor.
